The menu at Cipriani Las Vegas features a variety of Italian dishes, including pasta, risotto, seafood, and meat dishes, as well as a selection of antipasti and salads. Several kinds of pasta are available for a true, authentic Italian experience, including Homemade Baked Tagliolini with Ham and Risotto with Pomodoro e Rosmarino. Main courses include a reasonably priced classic Chicken Spezzatino and more extravagant options like Australian Wagyu Rib Eye “Tagliata.”

After being executive chef at the original Nobu restaurant and competing in the hit show Iron Chef, Morimoto opened his own namesake restaurant in Philadelphia and continued to open new locations across the world. With a menu of specialty cocktails, sushi rolls, and steaks, there is something here for everyone to enjoy.

The menu offers a variety of fresh seafood options as well as an assortment of traditional Japanese appetizers. The sashimi menu includes tuna, smoked salmon, caviar, and more, while sushi options include vegetable rolls for vegans and vegetarians, as well as maki.

Cafe Americano has you covered whether you’re looking for some tasty American classics, hangover cures, or light options. Vegetarian and gluten-free options are also available. If you want to start your day right, Cafe Americano offers a juice bar with fresh-pressed juices and smoothies as well as traditional breakfast items like buttermilk pancakes, avocado toast, and eggs Benedict.

The late-night menu is perfect for after the club or if you’re just having a random craving for something warm and filling. They offer lighter items like salads and crab bisque or heavier items like make-your-own pizza, the loaded breakfast bowl, and American cheesesteak. 4. Peppermill Restaurant

You may recognize this one, as it has been featured on TV, in music videos, and in movies. The Peppermill Restaurant is located between the Wyn and Resorts World and is a popular destination, consistently ranked as one of the most popular restaurants on the Las Vegas Strip.

Since its opening in 1972, it has been cemented as a timeless symbol of Vegas, finding itself featured in hit movies like Casino and Showgirls and even music videos like Adam Lambert’s Another Lonely Night. It’s open 24 hours every day and has extensive breakfast, lunch, and dinner menus known for many hearty meal and cocktail options.

The breakfast menu has many traditional options with eggs and hash browns, but I recommend you try their famous French Toast Ambrosia. For lunch and dinner, there are many options that will satisfy any picky eater, and you can’t go wrong with their flagship Peppermill Burger.

The restaurant also has the Fireside Lounge, where you’ll be able to order signature cocktails and visit during happy hour for special-priced drinks. Famous visitors are known for showing up regularly, so if you are looking for a classic and fun atmosphere, Peppermill Restaurant is a must for your trip.

5. Hash House a Go Go – LINQ Hotel

After a night out on the Las Vegas Strip, the best way to start the day or cure a hangover is with a hearty breakfast. A quick takeout coffee and bagel aren’t going to cut it, and you’ll want out-of-this-world portion sizes with lots of carbs. The Hash House a Go Go at the LINQ Hotel is exactly what you’d be looking for if you need that morning pick-me-up.

The Hash House specializes in Midwestern comfort foods and is on a mission to give you breakfast like mom used to make on a weekend morning. The restaurant has been featured on Man v. Food and Chef vs. City, and you can easily see why the owners have won so many awards for their home-style meals. In true Midwestern style, every portion you receive is massive, and you will almost certainly leave with more to take home.

The menu has everything you could want in a breakfast, from hashes and egg scrambles to pancakes, flapjacks, and other farm favorites. I personally recommend their signature dish, Andy’s World Famous Sage Fried Chicken & Waffles. The dish comes with two fried chicken breasts stacked on top of a bacon waffle tower, with syrup all around and a knife through the middle to keep the enormous creation from collapsing.

The Hash House is a very popular spot for weekend brunch, and you can expect it to be busy, so if you are able to plan ahead, it would be recommended to make reservations. However, this is one restaurant that can deliver its delicious food to your door. Besides breakfast, it does have a dinner menu with a variety of Midwestern dishes equally as generous – so if you are blown away by the brunch, consider getting dinner there, too!

6. Tacos El Gordo

Vegas might not be a neighbor of Mexico, but its close proximity (and closeness to California) has allowed it to accrue some of the best Mexican food on this side of the border. Tacos El Gordo is a Southwest Mexican staple serving authentic Tijuana tacos that will blow you away.

Located across the street from Resorts World, this easy-to-find spot has a refined menu of tacos with carne asada, chorizo, brisket, and more. These traditional tacos are served on a corn tortilla with fresh lemon on the side.  There are also other Mexican creations you can get on the side, like quesadillas, tostadas, and fries.

Tacos El Gordo has a handful of locations in Las Vegas and hand-makes its corn tortillas, guacamole, and salsas from scratch daily. This is the perfect place for a quick lunch during the day or if you’re walking the strip late at night, and it will deliver an authentic Baja experience.

7. Emeril’s New Orleans Fish House – MGM Grand

Creole food is an experience that will be hard to find anywhere in the world other than the Louisiana bayou, but Chef Emeril Lagasse has mastered the art and is delivering it in Vegas. Chef Emeril has been studying French cuisine for over 30 years and opened his first namesake restaurant in New Orleans. Emeril’s has fresh seafood with a southern kick that you’re sure to love.

The menu offers classic Louisiana dishes like gumbo and a seafood boil, but I recommend going with a Carolina Gold Jambalaya. There is also a raw and chilled seafood bar offering massive Alaskan crab legs, jumbo shrimp, and even Hawaiian ahi poke. There’s lots of opportunity to get some Cajun spice in your meal, with plenty of Southern sides.

Emeril’s is located inside the MGM Grand and is open for dinner daily, with lunch on weekends. The restaurant has both affordable and high-priced dishes, and smart casual attire is recommended. If you’ve never had real Creole food, this Las Vegas dining experience is exciting and unique.

8. Gordon Ramsay Steak – Paris Las Vegas

You’ve no doubt heard of celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay, whether from his cooking shows on TV like Hell’s Kitchen or his videos online. Las Vegas presents a chance to experience firsthand what all the hype is about and try his cuisine for yourself. This is my number one favorite restaurant in Las Vegas, and it will not fail to impress.

Being a high-end steakhouse, you’ll have the opportunity to try the finest cuts of meat in the country. Prime beef, Wagyu, and lamb are some that are available, and none of them will disappoint.

But the Signature Roasted Beef Wellington has a reputation for a reason, and I am happy to say it is the greatest meal I’ve ever had. Order it with the house-made steak sauce and a side of asparagus and potato puree to see why Chef Ramsay is so critically acclaimed.

A tasting menu is also available for a comprehensive Gordon Ramsay experience. This is a classy restaurant in Paris Las Vegas, perfect for taking your significant other for a special meal or a sit down with colleagues or clients. Smart casual attire and making reservations ahead are recommended.

9. Saffron, the Vegetarian Eatery

There is a special experience for everyone in Vegas, and vegetarians and vegans will love this one. Saffron is a trendy location with an extensive vegan menu, where the food is carefully curated and constructed to align with the values of the founders and chefs.

One unique aspect of Saffron is that all of its mushrooms are locally sourced from a boutique mushroom farm, Sundown Mushrooms. The exotic mushroom tempura and claypot rice are savory and made with seasonal mushrooms. Saffron is also infused in many dishes to give a delicious glow to the meal.

The restaurant also offers many gluten-free meals and takes great care to satisfy every customer. If you are looking for an artistically crafted meal with a healthy mind and body in mind, this is one of the best meat-free places to eat on the Las Vegas Strip.

10. Bouchon Bistro – The Venetian Resort & Casino

Chef Thomas Keller is well-known on both coasts, being the brains behind The French Laundry in Napa Valley and Per Se in New York. He’s also one of the few chefs to hold multiple prestigious three-star ratings from Michelin. You can see what all the fuss is about at his Bouchon Bistro in Las Vegas.

Located in the Venetian, this high-class French cuisine restaurant will give you a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Besides its fruits-de-mer and oyster bar, this haute-cuisine restaurant is known for serving exceptional caviar and fine cheese board selections. Main courses include their famous Steak Frites, Roasted Lamb Leg, and Safran Mussels – among many others.

Brunch is also offered with equally delicious but more affordable meals and gives the opportunity to try foods baked in Bouchon’s own bakery with an in-house pastry chef. And while it’s an excellent way to start the day, Bouchon Bistro is truly one of the best restaurants on the Las Vegas Strip for dinner. Business casual attire is encouraged, and making reservations is recommended at this French restaurant.

11. Chickie’s and Pete’s Crabhouse and Sports Bar – Sahara Las Vegas

Chickie’s and Pete’s offers a special combination of a laid-back atmosphere with class. This sports bar is another great place to watch a game or fight with friends in big comfy seats. If you have a big enough party, you can even rent a private room with an outdoor patio right on Las Vegas Boulevard.

Besides offering delicious bar food staples, Chickie’s and Pete’s is well-known for their namesake crab dishes, as well as lobster specialties. Most famous are their Ultimate Crabfries, which also can be topped with buttery lobster. Chickie’s and Pete’s puts crab and lobster on nachos, sandwiches, burgers, and even pizza, too.

People who aren’t in love with shellfish or seafood won’t be out of luck here – there are plenty of burgers, salads, and pizzas made with ingredients from the land. As the restaurant has Philadelphia roots, the Philly Cheese Steaks are a great thing to try. There’s something on the food and drink menu for everyone to enjoy while watching what’s on one of the 50 televisions around the dining room.

12. Wing Lei – Encore at Wynn Las Vegas

One of the best parts of Las Vegas is the diversity in its food scene and how you can find traditional food from virtually every culture. Wing Lei is one of these options.

As the first Chinese restaurant in North America to earn a Michelin star, Wing Lei offers a high-class Chinese dining experience. The restaurant’s signature dish, the Imperial Peking Duck, has visitors flocking to Las Vegas from all around the world to try it.

The Imperial Peking Duck tasting menu is a prix-fixe menu and a great thing to try if you love duck or are somewhat of an adventurous eater. The menu contains courses like table-carved Peking duck, Peking duck salad, duck fried rice, duck with braised eggplant, and duck & foie gras shu mai. End the tasting menu with the chef’s dessert selections.

If you want to order à la carte, I suggest starting with the pan-seared potstickers or the marinated jellyfish if you’re feeling adventurous. The seafood hot & sour soup is also great if you’re planning to have a large meal.

Popular meat and seafood dishes include wok-fried scallops, peppercorn chili prawn, braised pork belly, and Sichuan beef short ribs. A ton of amazing vegetarian options are offered here, including mapo tofu, three-cup eggplant, and Tai-Chin Gardein Chick’n.

Wing Lei is located inside Encore at the Wynn. In addition to its prestigious Michelin star, the restaurant was awarded five stars by Forbes Travel Guide. It’s worth noting that the dress code for this fine dining restaurant is business casual, and children under 5 are not permitted.

13. Bazaar Meat By José Andrés – SAHARA Las Vegas

James Beard award-winning Chef José Andrés combines sophisticated cuisine with fun and inventive theatrics for a unique experience at Bazaar Meat in the SAHARA hotel. While this restaurant caters mostly to the carnivorous palate, curated vegetarian, pescatarian, and celiac (gluten-free) menus are also available and just as eccentric.

With two different tasting menus and a sizeable à-la-carte menu available, you’ll find something for everyone to enjoy. Both prix fixe menu options include items like cotton candy foie gras, Wagyu, and assorted desserts. You can also try the Tasting Through Japan menu, which offers a selection of traditional Wagyu and real Kobe beef prepared tableside on a traditional hot Ishiyaki grilling stone.

Bazaar Meat is open for dinner only, and casual-elegant attire is encouraged. Guests are allowed to bring their own wine, but a corkage fee is enforced.

14. Blondies – Miracle Mile Shops at Planet Hollywood

So, where do locals eat on the Las Vegas Strip? Being home to the Las Vegas Raiders, the Las Vegas Golden Knights NHL team, and hosting numerous UFC and boxing matches, locals and visitors alike want to find a good spot to watch their favorite games. That’s where Blondies comes in.

Located inside the Planet Hollywood Casino in the middle of the Miracle Mile Shops, Blondies provides a lively atmosphere with over 60 big-screen TVs to watch. The restaurant has breakfast, burgers, tomato soup, and more. If you come with a large party, you can even order trays of chicken wings and other bar foods to keep everyone going.

There is an outdoor patio where you are able to enjoy a signature drink and a couple of beers on a nice day. The atmosphere is casual, and walk-ins are welcome. Come here if you’re looking to have a good time on game day.

15. Kumi – Mandalay Bay

There are a ton of Asian restaurants in Las Vegas, but none are quite as interesting as Kumi at the beautiful Mandalay Bay. The cuisine here is described as modern Japanese with a Korean American twist, and it may just be one of the best fusions to have been created.

The atmosphere at Kumi is quite upscale, with wooden architecture and cherry blossom art throughout. It makes for a magnificent setting to enjoy their extensive menu of seafood and meats alike.

Raw and seared options include a Bluefin Tuna Pizza, Tuna Tartare with Caviar, and plenty of rolls and sashimi. Land-based dishes list pork belly, fried chicken katsu, and a range of Wagyu beef.

The beverage list is equally as interesting, and without a doubt, I recommend a Matcha Mule – where else will you find one of those? This is also one place in Las Vegas with an extensive Japanese whiskey and sake list, including some of the most premium bottles you can get. Don’t hesitate to ask for a suggestion if you don’t know anything about sake (like me).

16. Spago by Wolfgang Puck – The Bellagio

All of the foodies out there surely recognize the Wolfgang Puck name, and true fans will certainly recognize Spago. This famous chef’s flagship kitchen is one of the best fine dining restaurants in Las Vegas, and anyone who has tried the original Beverly Hills location will definitely want to put this one on their dining itinerary.

The menu at Spago contains Wolfgang Puck’s famous California fare with techniques and fusions that are creative and unique. Dishes like handmade pasta and prime cuts of meat paired with produce that the chef picks himself from the Santa Monica Farmers Market each week take food to a new level. One of their most popular creations is a salmon pizza, a must-try for anyone who likes those things separately.

A signature cocktail menu and extensive wine list accompany the delectable feast you are in for, available every evening as well as during afternoons from Friday to Sunday. Spago sits al fresco in front of the beautiful Bellagio Fountains, making this an iconic place to dine as well. Ladies are advised to wear something “elegant and dressy” while men should be in a collared shirt or polo.

17. Oyster Bar – Palace Station Hotel & Casino

Everyone needs a break from the slots to eat once in a while in Vegas, whether it’s for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or a 3 am snack. If you plan to be on a winning streak, then visit the Palace Station Hotel & Casino, where Oyster Bar is located inside the casino among all the games.

This casual seafood shack amid a lively atmosphere stays open 24/7. The kitchen is right there behind the bar, and you can watch them steam your clams and mix your pasta in front of your eyes. Freshly-shucked oysters, Southern-style gumbo, and ice-cold beer are some of the specialties at Oyster Bar.

However, one of their biggest hits is the Combo Pan Roast – a creamy tomato stew cooked with shrimp, crab, and lobster, finished with brandy. This is the fuel you need to pull a triple-seven or hit blackjack, and it’s available to casino-goers at all times!

18. Bugsy & Meyer’s Steakhouse – Flamingo Las Vegas Hotel & Casino

Bugsy & Meyer’s aims to transport guests back to old Las Vegas with its vintage steak house theme. It also intends to “wow” every diner with high-quality dry and wet-aged premium steaks, and they do a pretty good job. This Las Vegas classic is located in the Flamingo Hotel, just across the street from Caesars Palace.

There are actually several dining experiences within Bugsy & Meyer’s, including the main bar, the speakeasy, the dining patio, and the main dining room. The speakeasy, known as The Count Room, serves small plates and cocktails in a more intimate atmosphere. In the main restaurant, an old-fashioned beverage cart comes around with a presentation and an offer to create your own cocktail.

While there’s an excellent assortment of shellfish and seafood, this is a place to go all-out on a steak. With selections like Filet Mignon, a Prime Rib Eye, a Tomahawk, and eight different sauces to accompany them, no steak-lover will leave Bugsy & Meyer’s displeased. Like many high-end steakhouses on the Las Vegas Strip, it’s best to make a reservation here.

19. Eataly – Park MGM

Eataly is more of a dining hall than a single restaurant, and it’s a major hit in Rome – therefore, you know that this is truly good Italian food. Thanks to its casual atmosphere and a huge array of menu items among the numerous dining options, we’d call Eataly home to some of the best restaurants on the Las Vegas Strip for families.

This is the largest Italian marketplace with restaurants in the world, made up of more than a dozen authentic ristoranti. Taken together, you can choose from hundreds of dishes, desserts, fine Italian wine and cocktails, and much more. Rather than pick out a few great ones to talk about, let me simply suggest you get something with truffle and/or burrata – the greatest counterpart to mozzarella you need to try.

The massive dining room that is Eataly is located inside the beautiful Park MGM and is open all day, every day, including late nights on Fridays and Saturdays. There’s no need to dress up for this one, and there’s food and drink for all budgets in this little Italian village.

20. Nusr-Et – New York-New York Las Vegas Hotel & Casino

Finally, we’re headed to the other side of the Mediterranean with one more steakhouse that has a special twist. Nusr-Et, at the New York-New York Hotel & Casino, offers a Turkish twist on meats and seafood like no one else.

This is the place that literally coats some of their food in gold – the Golden Feast menu, as it’s known, has Tomahawk steaks, burgers, Wagyu, and even a cappuccino coated in 24-karat gold. Yes, these items cost up to $2,400 – so don’t ask me how the gold tastes because I wouldn’t know!

On the more realistic side, the main menu offers perfectly seasoned prime cuts of meat, as well as Turkish specialties like Şaşlık and Sırt. The dining room is modern and airy, with a large bar for those who just need a drink. If you try a gold-crusted entrée… well, let us know how it is.
