With Grindelwald about a minute’s drive away, many tourists find themselves staying there. However, if you’re looking for something a bit quieter and more understated, Lauterbrunnen is an ideal location.

While it might not be as luxurious or grand as other options we’ve reviewed, it’s a great resting spot if you’re in the area for adventure and to experience the great outdoors.
